If you would like to open position like every bar you can set it to bar opening i guess

I mean no time, no rules....best way will delete "Opening Point of the Position", but I cant. ...When I set to Bar opening, trade is send too late

All FSB and FST indicators keep constant signal value during a bar. That is!!!
Signals levels are fully determined at bar opening. The same is for the entry / exit logic conditions.
There is no properly set indicator in FSB / FST that will change it's signal during the bar.
The only thing that changes is the price and we know at what price, what signal will be risen.
At intermediate price level, between this known levels, signals will not be changed.
Bar opening is an universal entry point for both FSB and FST. Other option are the indicators, that have one or two predefined entries, which are also defined at bar entry.
What logical conditions you have that required other entry model?.
