Using the “Data Directory” menu, you can set a specific folder containing the historical data of your own choice.

Every time you change the data symbol or period from the main screen, Forex strategy Builder looks for the corresponding file in the place specified here.

The default data directory is:

C:\Program Files\Forex Strategy Builder\Data

For the 64 bit systems the path is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Forex Strategy Builder\Data

If you leave the text field empty, the program will select the default path automatically.
