Topic: FSB Pro exports EA without Magic Numbers in MT5

Hi,

I exported some EAs to both MT4 and MT5 which are currently trading on demo accounts. Some of the EAs on both MT4 and MT5 have opened and closed trades successfully. However, I noticed that the MT5 versions don't have Magic Numbers specified in the Expert Settings.

Is this how FSB Pro is designed to export EA to MT5 platform? Or should I copy those lines of code from the MT4 version to MT5? It is very difficult to tie trades correctly to the different EAs trading on the MT5 platform when they do not have any magic number. Has anyone experienced this? My broker allows hedging, or so they said on their website.

FSB Pro supports only Netting accounts for MT5 and that's why it doesn't need Magic Numbers.

You may try EA Studio for your MT5 hedging account.

Is there any plans to add that feature to FSB in the future? This will be useful since EA Studio doesn't have custom indicators so not every FSB strategy can be migrated over.

and add other statistics also could be nice.
