COuldnt find any other place with a concentrated bug reports, so perhaps this could be the place.

The first obvious bug I encountered was an .NET exception that happens when adding an opening rule, and selecting a category from the left pane.
I usually select by clicking/double clicking and got this exception on two different computers:
