That would have to be coded in the same language as FSB, FSB is not built to import indicators. however, the code for FSB is open source and you may wish to research as to how the indicators are built and code your indicator to work in FSB...

There is a 'development' thread where people are exchanging ideas.

I am wondering if one of the oscillators in FSB is not close to what you seek.

I think the "Momentum MA Oscillator" would be similar.
