Indicator calc from math formula on 2 last candle (OHLC)

MyMath (Open_current/Open_previous)
MyMath (High_current/High_previous)
MyMath (Low_current/Low_previous)
MyMath (Close_current/Close_previous)

Plot candle on the scale derived from OHLC value above, need alarm when candle touch determined value
"Mymath" it's very simple mathematical formula, I can send Excel as example

2 Phase - Indicator for FSB
Same formula, but more information after end phase 1

Please separate price for phase 1 and phase 2 (and if possible, time to make indicator phase 1)
