You don't need to do it. The Generator uses all available custom indicators.

I tried to use the generator to automatically generate profitable results for EURUSD 5minute time frame. It is generating but producing 0 result?
why is that?
is it because i'm using the evaluation version of fsb?

Open the Generator's Settings panel and switch of the Acceptance Criteria. It may help.
The Generator is not restricted during the trial period and it should not be an issue.
