can i convert my strategies to EA and use it in mt4 or mt5 with FSB?
or
can i use it to become template (.tpl) ?

Converting FSB strats to an EA needs coding. But there's an easier way - trade your strats on Forex Strategy Trader (FST), which connects directly to MT4, and therefor acts as an EA.
