Open , when a EMA 20, 40 Crosses  upward or  Downward the fast EMA to Slow EMA

The Exit, is when a EMA 5,10 Crosses  between them

meanwhile the trade is open , and the price rich any pivot price , then Exit too

how i can increase the trade lots  , if the balance is positive and over 20% .?

for example , i have 12,000 in my balance , and  i increase in 2 lots , the following trade ,  every 20% of increase of my balance , i double my Lots .
