1-Can we add a combination of options on the same indicator ( EX: rsi rising and at the same time it is above the level 30 )

2-Regarding to Oscillator indicators like (RSI) can we add the option of MA cross on the rsi
Ex: MA 21 simple on The RSI indicator

3- thisis a strange idea of me but Can we apply the Fractal concept on the ( Rsi, Macd.MoM,...... indicators ) and also the ross hook concept on the same indicators indicators
These conditions can be added to a custom indicator.
