Hi is it possible to add instruments like XAU or CFD's in EA Studio ?

Yes, you can add all available symbols in your MetaTrader. Use the scripts provided in the Tools -> Data Import page of the app to exports files from the MT chart. Then you have to drag and drop the files in EA Studio.
