I run multiple strategies on single account. And i am getting crazy - while the equity is increasing like insane the balance is decreasing. So there are many open trades in profit but they are closing with loss.
What would you advise, clos]e the positions manually?

If you close your trades manualy you don´t follow your tested strategy. I think it makes no sense to develop a strategy and close your trades manualy.
Better is to improve your strategy with
"Close after n bars" or "Close after n bars if in profit".

Yes but 
I would like to open another account the same setting and intervene manually and just compare the results. On the other hand i d ont have sufficient VPS (computer) resources to do it ;(
I thought Master Popov once wrote that when you've got an FST strategy attached to a chart, even when you open or close a position manually, the rest of the strategy is still applicable for that manual trade. For example if you manually open a position, the SL or TP of the FST strategy still applies.
