If you're looking to run FSB or FST on a Mac I'd suggest Parallels (just google if you're not familiar). There's a price, but if you're in an exclusive relationship with your Mac then it's worth every cent. Both FSB and FST work perfectly well on Mac through Parallels.

There's alternatives to Parallels, for instance the option of simply installing windows through the bootcamp assistant-which most newer Macs will have. That along with some other virtual machine options. (VM Ware, to name one.) I assume FSB and FST run fine through those alternatives but can't personally attest to it. Good luck!
