Topic: percent change with MA

I like very much the percent change indicator and was wondering if it is possible to have it with mooving average .

It's better to post formulas, more detailed description of the logic or a picture of the signals.

I dont have he formula . I just thoght that it would be better to have this indicator with its moving average on it . As a thought i see that a strategy would be when the indivator cross its moving average going long and vice verca.
