Please run the Expert in the MetaTrader tester. if it works fine there, it will also trade fine.
Some experts are not so active. It may take time to make the first trade.
Be sure you see a smiling face on the upper-right corner of the chart.

If you are on a demo, you can run the expert on the M1 chart to see if it releases trades correctly. Then, put it in the correct timeframe.
