Currently, I provide data as follows:
- "Premium Data" from DukasCopy
- "MetaTrader-Demo" from BlackBull Markets
- "FTMO-Data" from FTMO

I'll add a "server" option in "fetch.js" as follows: --server "Premium" ; Options: Premium, BlackBull, FTMO
Each server will provide its symbol info file: premium-data.json, blackbull-data.json, ftmo-data-jeson.

These data feeds are coming with Dynamic spread.

I'll try to make it available by the end of the week.
