The recommended way to do it is to export data files from MetaTrader with the provided "Data Export" scripts and import them into the application.

However, if I have to answer your questions precisely:

You can get as many symbols as the service provides. It is not possible to get more than that.

I'm unfamiliar with this service and the format of their data export.
