It appears it works on Windows 8 and newer.

I recently recovered an older computer with Windows 7, and it appeared I could not run Express Generator there.
Two hours later, I made it run under node v12. It required several code modifications to make it compatible with that version of NodeJs.

Please tell me if you have a similar case and require Express Generator to be backported to a previous Windows version.
If you find it useful, I may release it officially.

It may also help run Express Generator on alternative JavaScript engines.
