Even, you can try to set it to the MT's "Files" folder.
If you do it,  you will be able to save data from MT with Ctrl+S, and to load the files directly in FSB Pro.

It really just the data folder I want to change.

I have fsbpro on three computers and each can access a shared folder but currently I have to set up all the data seperately on each?
