However, it seems that EAs in my demo account don't open trades at the exact begining candle of a new week, I don't know is it because the nature of Forex (I mean how can you open a trade at exactly the opening of first week candle) or because of my EAs or data, but the backtest can easily "open" trades at these critical candles.

I have one more example, as you can see, the direction is completely opposite due to different timing.

The entry of this trade is exactly at the open of first week candle

But it was skipped in my demo account.

Besides, other entries (except for the first week candle signals) seem to work fine.

Can you help me with my above question, I just want to start EAs trading from 00:15 Monday to 23:45 Friday.

However, I don't know if I change the setting "Monday - Thursday" part to "00:15-24:00", will it trade from 00:15-24:00 in each day from Monday to Thursday, or will it open from 00:15 on Monday, and end at 24:00 on Thursday.

The problem is that the position on MT is not opened on the same time as in the backtest. Please try to find the reason for that.
It can be because of different data or in the indicators values.

You can set the indicators in MT and to check their values for the opening bar.

Hi there, I want to generate EA that opens trade on Monday and close on Friday (on 15M chart).

However, as you can see there is difference between trade entries in backtest and demo account.

For example, the BUY signal in the backtest is at exactly the open of first week candle, it wasn't executed in the DEMO account.
Therefore resulted in a SELL order, which was a loss (because of next signal from the indicator).

How can I fix this, I mean I want to have the same orders in backtest and also the trading account.

I'm thinking about changing the time to in setting of EA Studio to 00:15 on Monday and end at 23:45 on Friday.

However, I don't know if I change the setting "Monday - Thursday" part to "00:15-24:00", will it close all trades at 24:00 each day from Monday to Thursday, or will it open from 00:15 on Monday, and end at 24:00 on Thursday.
