			<description><![CDATA[<p>Let me put it this way - if your broker TZ is GMT+3, then it is advisable to use same TZ data. It is especially true if some indicators use time, because it simplifies things and reduces possible errors one would make!</p><p>Even better is to use your broker&#039;s data because then you don&#039;t have to think about matching timezones.</p>]]></description>
