If it produces strategies, it means that the ranges set are impossible.

Normally the Generator or the Reactor find strategies for less than a minute. If they do not produce a result, it is a clear sign that there are no strategies available with these settings. 

If you want, you can check your Acceptance Criteria to be sure there is no some other limitation set.
