The Portfolio Expert detects such cases and delays the following execution for some period. If it doesn't succeed for three attempts, it gives an error. It happens more frequently when the execution is slowed down on some reason - slow internet or a broker failure.

I often have such error at the beginning of the trading session when trading is already allowed....
I use Portfolio Experts with a lot of strategies (about 100)....
