In reality, there is no such file anywhere in the server because it is generated in your local machine. However, some special sort of "browsers" cannot do it.

Please use a real browser like Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge or even Internet Explorer (only latest versions. Not recommended).

If you still have problems, please report.
