use indicator : Long or short and select Long then block it to force select only buy signals

Below could be a possible approach:

Entry
Bar Opening - Enter the market at the beginning of the bar
Moving Average - The position opens above Moving Average (200)
Bollinger Bands - The bar opens above Lower Band after opening below it
Long or Short - Open long positions only

Exit
Bollinger Bands - Exit long at Upper Band

Is it possible to create strategy as written below?

above 200 moving average.
Long at the lower band of the bollinger bands.

Exit at the upper band of the bollinger bands.

And then I dont want to short. and I do not want to open position below 200 moving average.

When I build my self, It opens below 200 moving average.
(((My Build-
Bollinger Bands-Enter Long at lower band.
Moving average- The position open above moving average.

Exit
Bollinger Bands-Enter short at upper band.)))

What should I do not to open any position below 200 moving average?
