I want to use 2 indicators to open a trade..problem is that the signals do not happen at the same time...I will give an example of what kind of setup I am trying to achieve...

If RSI on H1 goes above 30 set TRUE marker
If RSI on H4 also goes above 30 then buy
or
If MA crossover happens then set to true
if macd crossover happens then set to true
If get 2 TRUE values then open trade

Any help would be helpful
