You can use MT4 Tracker to modify the portfolio EA or you can manually cut / paste the code snippets.  It's only a few lines and is a good exercise to become a little bit familiar with the layout of Popov's code.

Not sure if that is what you were looking for -- but it may give you some ideas.

For that I will have to sit in front of the screen...lol...I though that maybe folks are using some tools or code to stop trading if it goes over a certain threshold.

During backtest my drawdown is 4% and US$40. I am fine with this...how are you monitoring if this portfolio works as advertised. Meaning I want to know when it is above a certain threshold that it should stop trading etc.
