I would like to create a simple strategy:

when a candle close strategy should check if the closing is greater than 4 exponential averages and open a purchase.
if the candles close below the first average, it should end the trading.
if the price is less than 4 exponential averages it should sell.
if the price is higher than the fastest average, it should end the negotiation

this is the strategy.
need help.
can anybody help me?
