I added this check box three days ago. Strangely the option was always enabled before. 

I'll find and fix the problem later today.

I found a minor bug on validator's optimizer, on the "The strategies fullfill the acceptance criteria" checkbox

If you check it

and you go to another tab

and then you go back to validator tab, the box will be unchecked again,

exporting and importing the settings don't help (because you have to move to tools tab first)
