Great, thanks.

My thinking is that a collection improves as time passes.... so I want to keep building the collection and saving it regularly in case of a crash.

Also, from day to day, I want to take time to experiment with different items in the collection to see if I can upgrade it by optimizing and changing some of the better members.

So, to me, the collections are very valuable, especially after they have been building for a few days.

Yes, you can.
You can rename the collections files to a more convenient names without problems.

I have downloaded a few collections and renamed them..

Will I be able to upload them to work with them without changing the name back to the orriginal name?
