I want to open 2 positions, the 1. should be closed at 1:1 RR, the second one should be closed if price closes above/below moving average

Hello,

I want to test different strategies.

1) Outside bar strategy (I could find inside bar but no outside bar)
2) Inside Bar strategy (2 positions, 1. position 1:1 RR, second position with no TP, Stop loss on the previous candle)
How can I set the STOP-LOSS above/beneath the previous candle ?
How can I set 2 positions with different TP ?
