			<description><![CDATA[<p>Your Excel is set to work in Bulgarian. It doesn&#039;t accept numbers with dot &#039;.&#039; as numbers. If you see your screenshot, it prints the numbers in the left side of the cells. That means it accept the values as strings. This is the reason it thinks that 1.11 is November 1st. <br />A solution is to change the localisation settings of your windows to GB or USA.</p>]]></description>
