FSB Pro marks that request as "failed" and cannot load it more until a restart. It is a strange behaviour, but it is not very easy to fix it. Fortunately it doesn't happen frequently.

If it doesn't work, please post 10 lines of the data file to check the format.

I have a problem. In EURUSD I can load all TF M1,M5... , but I can not load M15 ? the same with EURJPY , here it is M30 ? All the others are ok. In the attachement you  see that I have choise TF M15 ,but the program don't responds , and the Program  is waiting for data .The data are in the same folder  as the others  and there are also data available
