The previous activation is deactivated.
You can activate it again now.

Hi Mr. Popov,

I have lost my previous OS of Windows 7 and I installed a new OS Windows 10 but on the same computer. You can go ahead and deactivate the previous one and provide me a new one for this Windows 10.

On activation, the program shows a message. If the activation was not successful, it shows also the reason.

In 99% of the cases it is "The maximum activation number reached" or something like that.

Can you post the exact reason for the failure?

EDIT:

Your license was activated on April 25, 2016
Do you try to re-activate it on a different machine, or you have reinstalled your windows?

I downloaded the latest 3.6.2.2 version of Forex builder and entered the provided license code of the previous version and it keeps telling me invalid license and it will not activate. Could you please help.
