Worse, I think that MT4 indicator gets treated by MT4 as an EA.  So, Sorry to waste your time.

Check if this indicator is not attached to a chart. I'm not familiar with it, but it is possible an indicator to work without a chart and to be invisible on your terminal.

Oanda charts seem to be working normally.  So far as I know that Waddah_Attar_Explosion  does not appear anywhere in my FSBPro generated EAs on FXCMharts.
