On Balance Volume is a sum of the volumes of all bars where the bearish bars volumes are with a negative sign.
Here the difference comes from the different count of bars used in FSB backtester, FSB trader and exported EA.
Unfortunately this indicator is near to useless and I don't recommend to be included in a strategies for live trading.

An eventual fix can be adding a "period" variable to the indicator in order to limit the number of bars used.

There is a big difference of On Balance Volume of Fsb to Ea.

Currently FSB On Bal. -5671

Vps Ea On Bal. 157587

This is the problem of the On Balance Volume big difference.

Therefore, Ea runs much different than when I let the same Ea run with Fsb.

I don't get your problem, it is not logical. On Balance has 2 types of logic - 1. rises/falls; 2. changes direction. Therefore, if it is negative or positive does not matter, the readings are different but the shape of the indicator line on the chart is the same.

I tested it out, it works and opens trades.

The problem is that the On Balance Volume is not negative indicating therefore not - makes.
Dadruch no trades will be opened with the Ea.
With Fsb see annex is have the On Balance Volume is always negative to say for example - 30045 in Ea 20884th
Guess that in On Balance Volume was an error or perhaps an error occurs during encoding.
Can look a profi by the time.

It is normal to have different readings, because it depends on data starting point. In FSB you might use 20k bars, but in trading it uses less, hence the difference. Important part is that the signals have to match.

Have in Ea the Momentum Indicator of Eur Gbp 15min 15min Eurjpy15Min Euraud15Min and test it with Fsb and as Ea.

There is a big difference of On Balance Volume Indicator of Fsb to Ea in other Eas.

Is this a bug of On Balance Indicator?

Where the Ea fetches the courses for GBPUSD EURJPY + + EURAUD from?

Times have the 3 courses had landed in 15 min chart without Ea.
