If for example i set the filter to only show the strategy repository of strategies with an minimum system quality of 3, why does it still show me the other strategies with system qualities below 3?

For example i select filter : profit factor 2.0 , my list does not show any   strategies with that  minimumprofit factor, if i deselect i get some strategies with that minimum  profit facotor 2.0
Same thing with the other filters,
