all currencies with JPY like GBBJPY , EURJPY,....didnot show any signal strategy in generator and i noticed that Account Exchange Rate in red '' 0 or 1''

i tried to reset the program from reset bottom , also i tried to change the red numbers but nothing

Kindly how to solve this problem
