In what way it is superior?

FSB Pro is a far more superior that FSB, but tere is a trick how to use different data in FSB 3.x also. You just need to rename the data file differently and after that create a new data instrument e.g. EURUSD15.csv must be renamed to EUAUSD15.csv or something else.

I don't believe that this is what is meant here.  If you take a look at FSB Pro, you will see that it uses a tabbed interface where multiple strategies can be open at any given time.
