How do you identify "main trend"?

It's very vague, does it explain it more precisely in the text?

You can export it, but I would use WTF indis, therefore live trading would be possible if strat turns out a winner.

To trade long if the maintrend says long and short if the maintrend says short is not possible with the FSB or?

Or can I realise this if I export an 4H indicator?
I will made a try of this.
