Also, even though I have the 'Generate a new strategy at every start' checked, whenever I press 'Generate' the old strategy stays there.

It stays until Generator find any profitable strategy even less profitable then the current.
When 'Generate a new strategy at every start' option is on, Generator will show only 'better' strategy than the current.

Is it best to let the Strategy Generator run as long as possible, or is it best to stop it every hour (for example), save the result and then start a new generation ?
