			<description><![CDATA[<p>FSB has full stoch, so there&#039;s no difference in slow or full if you keep parameters the same (for example 14,3 vs 14,3,3 etc). </p><p>I suppose what matters is which component (K, F, S) you want to follow.</p>]]></description>
