At bottom, type in symbol in text field, then click "Add", then select new pair, then enter info (ex Digits, Lot Size, Spread, ...)

in fact the above link does explains that. Basically you have to put the file of your data to be imported in the forexsb data direcory (by default C:\Program Files\Forex Strategy Builder\Data) , with the correct name , (eg EURUSD60.csv  for a 60m interval) and then select Market->reload to load the new data.

Yo save data in the Data folder, FSB loads the necessary file when Symbol or Period is changed from the FSB main screen.
