First save appropriate new data to Data folder, then open Instrument Editor http://forexsb.com/wiki/_detail/fsb/man … ent_editor and add new instrument, set properties right, reload the data and start development.

Reverse the logic. Play around with FSB more, you'll learn the program and get much more efficient with strategy development.

but what if wand to reverse when rsi<=39 and price below 40 sma and exit 20 sma

When prices bullish cross or above 40sma & RSI 14 >=61 enter long when prices cross and close above 20sma exit
when prices bearish cross or bellow 40sma & RSI 14 <=39 enter short when prices cross and close bellow 20sma exit
