How to build strategy on indicator not in FSB

I want to build a strategy based on my customized indicator. See the attachment, you will see blue and red signal on chart. With blue signal I want to buy and on red signal I will close and reverse.
Can I test and build this strategy as this is not included in FSB indicators.
