Help with s/l

Hello,

I use a 5 digit price broker, so I have my t/p set to 140 pips, Im a day trader. And that works fine.

However, my s/l and and breaken price don't go in effectively. My s/l is set to 250 sometimes and 5 sometimes when I dont want one but it never goes in right. It will either place a s/l in a random place or it won't but one at all. And the breakeven gain usually won't show up at all and if it does it acts as a s/l at 7 pips instead of keeping 7 pips profit for me. Why would this be happening? Could it be my computers software or somthing of that nature? I just want them to work as I have programmed. Thanks!
