Hey dodgy,

Thanks for answering in my topic - please find some strategies I created for 1 minute attached. But since it is different broker probably they will not work for you....but try them and optimize them. At least my CPU power can be useful for someone else.
I have Instaforex datafeed. Last number in the name is what profit would be in a month starting from 10000.

Some image examples:

Hi everyone,

I saw a few requests for EAs that trade off the one minute chart. I set the following criteria for setting my strategy:

1. Profit target was to increase account balance by at least 0.5% each week.
2. Trade regularly. (I get antsy waiting for setups, not a good trait for a forex trader, but i know myself).
3. A preference for short profit targets over long ones if possible to optimize for the same sort of profits.
4. Minimal drawdown. Much more than 1% of account balance would make me nervous.
5. Not over optimized. I believe all the setting still turn a profit if changed to slightly higher or lower settings.

This strategy is set to run with GO Markets. Usual EURUSD spread is about 1 - 1.5 pips (although they say it's tighter) so they are a good candidate for a scalping broker. However, they are a five digit broker and MT4 reads the pip settings as point settings (at least in the way i have it set up), so the following conversions apply 10 points = 1 pip. For example, the stop loss set at 141 pips is actually 14.1 pips.

I am now forward testing it on MT4. I have attached the strategy. I would very much like to hear about any mistakes i have made, or modifications that could improve it. Don't foget to change the pip setting to match your broker if you need to.

Please remember, this is not intended to be an EA for traders looking to hit home run trades. If it would deliver steady returns of 10%- 20% a year, using good money management, i'd be delighted.

Thanks everyone.

Enjoy.

Strategy Properties
Same direction signal - Nothing
Opposite direction signal - Close
Permanent Stop Loss - None
Permanent Take Profit - None
Opening Point of the Position
Bar Opening
Enter the market at the beginning of the bar
Base price - Open
Opening Logic Condition
Moving Averages Crossover
The Fast MA is higher than the Slow MA
Base price - Close
Fast MA method - Simple
Slow MA method - Simple
Fast MA period - 26
Slow MA period - 180
Fast MA shift - 2
Slow MA shift - 3
Use previous bar value - Yes
Opening Logic Condition
RSI
The RSI is lower than the Level line
Smoothing method - Simple
Base price - Close
Smoothing period - 24
Level - 35
Use previous bar value - Yes
Opening Logic Condition
Stochastics
The Slow %D changes its direction upward
Smoothing method - Simple
%K period - 5
Fast %D period - 2
Slow %D period - 1
Level - 23
Use previous bar value - Yes
Opening Logic Condition
Moving Averages Crossover
The Fast MA is higher than the Slow MA
Base price - Close
Fast MA method - Simple
Slow MA method - Simple
Fast MA period - 83
Slow MA period - 165
Fast MA shift - 11
Slow MA shift - 4
Use previous bar value - Yes
Closing Point of the Position
Trailing Stop Limit
Exit at the trailing Stop Loss or at the constant Take Profit level
Initial Stop Loss - 141
Take Profit - 90
