Including .NET Framework V2+. English/US localization for any case. An antivirus software is obligatory.</p><p>After that you have to install a fresh copy of MT and FSB.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>CPU load should be 1-4% when MT and FST are running but this is not the problem. High load stops the communication and FST gets disconnected but it must not crash.</p><p>The key element here is the crash of the Chart and Operation tabs even without MT connection.</p><p>I&#039;m very surprised of a crash without error message. </p><p>Can you check the MD5 sum of the installation file. After that TI (Ticks are coming) and PI (Ping) from FST to MT are passing.</p><p>This is not the problem. It&#039;s not possible once to run and other time not if there is a constant error.<br />There is some dynamic reason. Does Forex Strategy Builder work normally?</p>]]></description>
