I am more curious about commodity prices, including copper, coffee, etc.

I have 1 million bars of m5 and m1 .
No matter how I do, it only loads 200k.
Is there any video or KB that shows the steps, feels like im missing something.
Im under assumption that I can import this with my own data. Someone please correct me here.

I've probably missed something here - why is the forexsb 'OHLC' data values so different from those seen in finance Yahoo?

The data in question GMT USDJPY on the 1 Day timeframe.

Forexsb 2024-10-30 00:00 Open 165.825 High 166.597 Low 165.504 Close166.529
Yahoo finance 2024-10-30 00:00 Open 153.3110 High 153.3280 Low 153.2570 Close 153.2840

Any ideas why?

Same Strategy Works Very Well on Premium Data But "Bad" on Others Data

did you experience the same?

I was wondering why the same simple strategy gives very different result if applied on Premium Data compared to others brokers data (Blackbull, Eightcap, Darwinex).

Same data period, same timeframe (D1), same pair, no changes.

I attach the report:

The image will expire 6 months after not being viewed

Even using the Optimizer for the other 3 brokers, the result is still far from Premium Data.

Hello dear traders, I downloaded XAUUSD data from FSB historical data repository. It seems there is some problem using them, cause it shows 98% of the bars are ambiguous! and when I try to run the generator, it doesn't generate and show any strategy! what's the problem?

Live 5Min tick options - forexsb

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking to put in practice a strategy that I developed for Forex. The strategy was developed by using the 5 min tick and backtested on historical prices downloaded from Forexsb for the last 2.5 years. The application is built by me, and though not very fancy I want to test it on a demo account that I've already opened. However, I will need for this a live update of the 5 min tick either via REST API or streaming API. Although I can take the 5 min tick form my provider, I’ve noticed that prices varies from time to time between Forexsb and my provider and that upsets my triggers.

The Question is: is there any option on Forexsb to get the 5 min tick live data?

I notice when I download the premium data from the Historical Data app I need to select the time zone of my MT4 terminal, at least I think that would be the correct time zone to chose? However, I also notice EA Studio automatically imports the historical data from the Historical Data app, but in EA Studio I do not need to set the time zone. Why is that?

What does the value represent in the historical data:

I need high of day and low of day open and close for the time frame given. I am using 1D data.

I do not see any labels for the data, hence wanted make sure what does each column represent ?

How to get more data on M1 TF

At present, we can only test 6 months data or 200k max bars on M1 TF. is there any way to backtest strategy on M1 for more than 6months and with more bars. Other applications like tick data suite gives more bars to backtest.

Discovering a bug in the Download Historical Forex Data section

Hello. though you have added the Include Saturday data options to the Download Historical Forex Data section, now with the delete Saturday data and downloading data in different zones , for example in GMT+3 and downloading Forex market data (for example, EUR/ USD) and then the transfer in Metatrader 4 , I see at M15 time from March 10 , 2023 (toward 2022), the time chart is moved forward by exactly 4 count , M15 candle (1 hour in total) and this difference is 1 hour.this problem It can only be seen by comparing the Metatrader 4 chart from any broker with the same time zone as the Metatrader 4 chart from dukscopy (GMT+3), and the soft4x platform is an option to solve this problem in in Metatrader 4 expert version 1.95 Added the New York Daylight Saving Time (UTC+2 / UTC+3) (USES DST) to the name

Historical Data App Import in Expert Advisor Studio

Hi,

I have followed the Historical Data to export Premium using the app to be used as my broker's data in Expert Advisor Studio.

Data was imported in Express Advisor Studio. Picture is attached. When I go to the Data tab and Symbol Settings, I can't see the Data Imported. 2nd Image is attached from Expert Advisor Studio.

Please advise why I can't see the Data I imported.
