let's suppose we have 2 Portfolio EAs running on Metatrader and:

1) Portfolio 1 set at 3 Max Open Positions
2) Portfolio 2 set at 5 Max Open Positions
3) 4 positions currently open by Portfolio 2.

Question: does Portfolio 1 open a position? Or it does not because the 4 open position of the EAP_2 are counted even if it's another portfolio?
